Starting in July of 2019, we began making Rockhill Cheese using milk from Cache Meadow Creamery
So what does this mean?
Our oldest cows retired to raise calves on our pastures, and the others moved to Cache Meadow Creamery
Crafting artisan cheese made with the highest quality raw milk from happy cows remains our passion
Our historic farm still operates as a creamery and is open to visitors for special events
